- Liaison with your managing agents, in the event that your property is in a block, we will receive and settle service charge demands on your behalf as well as field general correspondence and attend block meetings when necessary.
- We make it our business to know everything about your property, keeping a detailed log of correspondence and any maintenance problems.
- We operate a 24 hour, 365 day a year, maintenance service for tenants in the event of any unforeseen problems.
- London Land offers an annual sales valuation of your property , providing an accurate estimate of any increase in your property's value as an investment.
- We undertake to acknowledge and act on correspondence from clients within 24 hours.
- We are contactable by clients or tenants 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
