Challenge
A somewhat dated, Grade II listed family home requiring a large amount of re-modelling and extending to offer viable living and entertaining space.
Solution
The redevelopment included re-building of the ground floor rear extension, an enhanced internal layout, re-building of the rear closet wing, and garden landscaping; as well as incorporating air conditioning and restoration of the property’s original classical features.
