Redeveloped and project managed by LLM on behalf of a private investor, the project entailed the creation of a sub-basement level for spa facilities including large gym. The creation of a first floor roof terrace and installation of a lift. The property was re-modelled and renovated to an impeccable standard throughout before being sold to a private buyer.
